SNAAC Receives High Marks in Dealer Satisfaction
Security National Automotive Acceptance Company (SNAAC) recently completed a Voice of the Customer study among its dealer customers, as part of the company’s ongoing initiatives in enhancing the dealer experience.
Overall, dealers gave SNAAC high marks for their service experiences – from dealer representative service and responsiveness, to communications and purchasing. Over 50% were very satisfied with SNAAC as a finance source, emphasizing that SNAAC’s efforts in driving customer service are being recognized by a large number of dealer customers.
Dealers highlighted profit opportunities, speed of approvals and purchasing, and competitive program options as the most important factors when considering finance sources. This ranking confirmed that speed across the experience – a focus for SNAAC – remains critical for dealers.
Dealer feedback also directed actionable program and service improvements. As a result of the study findings, SNAAC recently streamlined the contract paperwork process and introduced First Ride, a new first-time military buyers finance program. These enhancements have been very well received in the market. In addition, SNAAC’s new contract origination system will better integrate dealers’ preferred method of communication through DMS systems.

To keep a pulse on dealer satisfaction and needs, SNAAC plans to continue the Voice of the Customer study on a regular basis.
