SNAAC Scores High Dealer Satisfaction Marks

Security National Automotive Acceptance Company (SNAAC) recently completed a study among its dealer customers as part of our ongoing initiative to enhance the dealer’s experience.  Dealers were given the opportunity to rate SNAAC across the originations spectrum on their overall satisfaction of SNAAC, speed of approvals, sales representative, speed of purchasing, the purchasing team, and SNAAC’s new LOS (SNAAC First)

Overall, dealers gave SNAAC high marks for their service experiences.  Over 97% were satisfied with SNAAC as a finance source, an increase of 47% from last year.  97% were satisfied with SNAAC’s speed of approvals, 95% with the speed of purchasing, 96% with the purchasing process and team.  These results emphasize that SNAAC’s efforts in driving customer service are being recognized by a large number of SNAAC’s dealer customers.  
When asked how SNAAC compared to other finance companies regarding service received from sales representative, 97% were very satisfied with SNAAC.  Jacob Baldridge of Chevrolet of South Anchorage wrote “Our rep is great, and a positive business relationship is at the forefront of his mind.”  We also heard from Eric Mills at Dan Vaden Chevrolet who said, “our rep does a very good job of following up on deals and seeing what we can both do together to capture more business.” 

One of SNAAC’s most important initiatives in 2018 has been the rollout of a new loan origination system.  SNAAC partnered with defi SOLUTIONS to create SNAAC First.  SNAAC First allows for program enhancements to be made quickly addressing customer needs, and market changes while having an improved integration with Dealertrack and RouteOne.  Over 91% of dealer customers feel that the new LOS is significantly better than SNAAC’s previous LOS. 

SNAAC has consistently focused on a high touch model with their dealer base.   Senior VP of Sales and Marketing, Steve Miller added “Our dealer reps have a lot to do with the overall opportunity we can leverage from our dealerships.  We strive to constantly train our dealers, promote new program offerings and follow up on each application to maximize conversion for both the dealer and SNAAC.”
